At Whitepouches.com, we strive to ensure smooth deliveries and customer satisfaction. Below are our policies regarding returns and refunds.
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
Approved Shipping Claim:
If a package is lost or significantly damaged in transit and we receive an approved claim from DHL or UPS, a refund will be processed.
Returned Orders:
If an order is returned to us due to not being picked up, a refund will be issued if the customer has made a valid claim. If the return was made without a valid reason, we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund. If we do not receive a refund request, no automatic refund will be issued.
Returns are accepted under limited conditions:

Provide a Valid Reason: If you are eligible based on the return/refund policy above, our team will guide you through the process.
Processing Time: Once the return is received or the shipping claim is approved, refunds are processed within a couple of business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
